Situated in heart of Pakefield on the Suffolk coast,

a stones throw from the beautiful beach.

Lovingly renovated keeping original features along with modern additions to make our cottage a real home from home.

Whilst we love pets, we have chosen not to take pets in our cottage to allow for those who would prefer to holiday without.

Thank you for giving us a look. We love Pakefield and have always wanted to be able to come here as often as we possibly could. Finding this little cottage was just the best. We love sharing Pips Cottage with our guests, who so far have had a fabulous time and given some fantastic reviews.

Patio area for out door dining. Extra sun loungers also provided for relaxing and maybe a little doze after lunch!

Great fully equipped kitchen/diner. Ideal for gathering everyone together over a coffee or something stronger! Oven and hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Underfloor heating also.

Dining area

Dining area with table easily seating 4. Bi-fold window to open up the garden allowing those who want to sit out to still chat away to those who prefer to stay inside. Comfy sofa which compliments a fabulous social area.
